Start fee
Each team will pay a start fee, which is binding.
Your entry form and start fee must reach the Dana Cup by the latest date the 1st of May, 2024.
Participation fee
All players, trainers, leaders and others with accommodation in a school will pay a participation fee (A-band).
Players, trainers and leaders who do not have accommodation on a school will also pay a participation fee (D-band).
The participation fee must reach the Dana Cup by the latest date the 25th of May, 2024.
A-Band includes
- Participation in the Dana Cup football tournament.
- Full board (3 meals a day) from Monday evening to Saturday lunch.
- Accommodation in a school.
- Transport on arrival/departure - ferry Frederikshavn/Hirtshals/Grenaa - plane Aalborg/Aarhus - train Hjørring. Must be ordered and there is a fee per person/per way for this transport.
- Transport with Dana Cup buses between the clubs school accommodation (if located more than 2 kms from the center area) and the bus terminal in the center area.
- Transport with Dana Cup buses between the bus terminal and the playing fields outside the center area.
- Free access to swimming.
- Free access to Hjørring's museums.
- Free access to the Dana Cup event area.
- Free access to Dana Cup's discotheque.
- Discount to Fårup Summerland.
- Discount to North Sea Oceanarium.
D-Band includes

When you register online, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation with your login and invoice for the start fee. Please note your invoice number when making payments.
You do all the necessary bookings for the tournament via the login page, you can book your participation bands, special meals, mattresses, beds, transport etc.

Cancellations and no show
The start fee is non-refundable with any kind of cancellation or no show.
The participation fees are refundable minus 60% if you cancel in the month of June.
The participation fees are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up after the 1st of July.
These rules apply even if the no show is due to not receiving visas, delays or cancelled trains, planes or ferries, strikes, lockout, blockades or other similar events. The rules also apply in the event of war, warlike conditions, rebellion, civil wrong doing or similar events as well as earthquakes or other natural disasters.
There is no financial compensation to teams that miss games because of another teams no show or due to their own delayed arrival.
Injuries and insurance
A participant is responsible and liable for injuries and damages committed on or off the field. Each club must ensure that their club members are insured both on and off the field.
